Coleman's Event Hire is all about providing a selection of items that can be hired separately or as a collection. If your putting on an event, theme night or your getting married or having a Party we can provide you with Props, Furniture and accessories to create a wow factor for you and your guests.
We have been involved in the Entertainment and Wedding industry for 30years, starting off as a DJ and building a successful relationship with a number of high end clients, corporate companies and hotels as well as individual private people. Our Event Hire has now followed this pattern.
When hiring from Coleman's you can be assured of first class communication from the start of the process of ordering right through to delivering and setting up to picking up and leaving you.
We go above and beyond to find quality, interesting and quirky items to hire, we also build our own props as well in our own workshop.
If theres an item your looking for thats not on the website please get in touch as we may have it or we could build it. We love creating scenes for theme nights and special events. Our website is new so we are always adding to it as fast as we can, but this sometimes takes a back seat as our customers come first.
Our Bar Hire are very popular as we can create a great setting not only the bar but filled with props make them more interesting and a focal point at your event. Our Cocktails & Casino Package are great for weddings.
Here at Coleman's we can give you a great Party as we have The DJ, The Booze, The Fun Casino and the Props.

We recently chose Coleman’s Event Hire for our wedding at the end of September and they were simply brilliant. We could not fault them in any way. We hired the Vintage Fair which was set up on the lawn ready to keep our guests entertained while we headed off for some photos. Tim then came back and set up an excellent photo booth with fabulous comical props for our evening guests. As well as DJing for us! The music was on point with us and our guests resulting in a truly memorable night. I can’t thank Tim and his team enough for making our wedding a day and night to remember. Mr & Mrs Boucher
Tim and Andrea ran a cocktail bar with their VW bars and beats and also DJd at our wedding in August. They are both very approachable and professional and knew exactly what we wanted and the style of wedding we were after. Tim has lots of items readily available for hire so we made use of his outdoor bar, leather sofas and lighting! We cannot thank Tim and Andrea enough for their work at our wedding.
